MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I'm Rachel!
Owner and founder of Eight-Count Energy. I've always had a passion for dance, but as I get older, finding time for the gym has become increasingly challenging. I started thinking about ways to motivate myself to work out and quickly realized, this is only going to work if I enjoy doing it. That sparked the idea to combine my love for dance and choreography by creating cardio-based routines that were actually work outs. Then I realized that dancing felt effortless and enjoyable. That's when I decided to merge my love for dance and music with the desire to stay active and maintain a workout routine. I hope to bring this same motivation and encouragement to everyone who joins.
